Doha: KSQ thanks DPS Monarch International School for adding Kannada to the curriculum

Doha, April 29: Karnataka Sangha Qatar handed over the Letter of Appreciation to DPS Monarch International School issued by Karnataka Development Authority, Government of Karnataka for starting Kannada as a second and third language subject in their school curriculum.

During this meeting, the President and Principal of DPS Monarch International School appreciated the support of Karnataka Sangha for reaching out to the Kannada community and helping the school to integrate Kannada smoothly into its CBSE curriculum, as well as for organize required Kannada workbooks of Karnataka.

KSQ President Mahesh Gowda thanked the school management for accepting Kannada’s start-up request and reaffirmed KSQ’s continued support. Currently, DPS Monarch school offers Kannada language up to grade 8, and KSQ is ready to help required students on the language by arranging Kannada language transition sessions by the experienced teaching team of the KSQ weekend kannada class.
