Noelle Codispoti Hired as CISR High School Program Director to Lead National Growth and Student Engagement

AUSTIN, TX, April 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The National Alliance of Insurance Education & Research welcomes Noelle Codispoti as IRB’s High School Program Director. The Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) High School Program enables students to earn a nationally recognized industrial designation before graduating, providing them with vital pre-career exposure and technical training in industry and providing them with a significant advantage when entering the labor market.

An accomplished leader in early stage talent, Codispoti will develop and implement the national growth strategy and comprehensive support programs to ensure student success. In pursuit of the key objectives of expanding program reach and engaging an underrepresented population to strengthen a highly diverse talent pool, particular emphasis will be placed on the student experience to enhance delivery; and develop meaningful partnerships to further support students with early industry networks and career opportunities.

Before joining the National Alliance, Codispoti spent 10 years at the head of Gamma Iota Sigma. There, she designed and led a successful growth strategy that resulted in an over 400% increase in student numbers and a doubling in active chapters.

Codispoti is deeply committed to diversifying the insurance industry’s talent pool, bringing the Global Dive In Festival to North America in 2016 at the GIS Annual Conference and innovative initiatives like the GammaSAID Council, a student-led group promoting understanding and solutions around DEI.

“I am delighted to work with such a talented and passionate team,” said Codispoti. “This program provides a much-needed avenue to raise awareness and expose the exciting career opportunities within the industry while diversifying the talent pool at the earliest stage of career exposure.”

“We are thrilled to have Noelle join us,” said the President and CEO, Guillaume Hold. “With her significant track record in early talent and proven success growing startup programs, Noelle is uniquely able to extend the program’s footprint and distinction.”
