Compass International School organizes an open day on the campus of Themaid

Compass International School – Doha will hold an Open Day from 9am to 12pm on Saturday 5th March at its Themaid campus.

The event, open to the public, is organized to give parents and children the opportunity to discover more about the school’s unique offers and collaborations.
It invites families to enjoy a variety of activities and learn more about the programs offered at Compass International School campuses in Doha.
From STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) activities to sports, participants of all ages will enjoy a wide variety of engaging and challenging activities, the school said in a statement. Parents and students will have the opportunity to meet academic staff, campus manager and executive director, Paul Holyome, and learn more about the degree programs offered at the school.
Admissions staff will be on hand to answer any questions relating to the state-of-the-art campus, which opened to students in 2019. The campus includes facilities such as science labs, an auditorium, a 25m swimming pool, practice from music halls, specialty design areas, performing arts, athletics spaces and more.
Ann Djedid, Themaid Campus Manager, said: “We are very pleased to welcome families to the open day at our purpose-built campus. Our goal is to provide parents with the opportunity to visit our campus and learn about our unique approach to learning as well as our collaborations with world-class institutions such as MIT, Juilliard and Unicef.
Compass International School offers the Early Years Foundation Stage Programme, the Primary International Programme, the English National Programme, the International General Certificate of Secondary Education, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program and the A Level Programme.
The primary language of instruction at all Compass International School campuses is English. This is complemented by the only accredited Dutch culture and language program in Qatar, offered at the Gharaffa campus.
The Department of Education and Higher Education’s comprehensive Arabic curriculum is available for native Arabic speakers on all campuses and for international students as a foreign language on Themaid campus.
Admissions are currently open for the 2022/2023 academic year from Early Childhood to Secondary.
