KARGIL, AUGUST 26, 2022:
In accordance with the instructions of the Director of Education Kargil regarding the twinning of schools, the government. Shargole Higher Secondary School today hosted three schools in the area.
Schools visited included Tacha, Khachay, Wakha High School run by Muhammad Mussa Headmaster HS Tacha, Sonam Punchok Master HS Khachay and Skarma Jungley Headmaster HS Wakha respectively.
In a unique initiative, to promote shared learning between students and teachers with a focus on encouraging learning inside and outside the classroom, CEO Kargil has asked schools in the district to conduct pairing exercises.
The principal, staff and students of HSS Shargole Government welcomed students and staff from visiting schools during the morning assembly.
Students from visiting schools made presentations on a variety of topics during the morning assembly. Previously, Principal HSS Shargole welcomed and briefed the audience on the importance of shared learning. He urged everyone to participate wholeheartedly in this unique initiative.
Later, expert teachers delivered subject-specific lessons to the combined group of students in the multi-purpose room.
Motivational and moral speeches were delivered for the combined audience by Skarma Jungley, emphasizing the importance of imagination and creative thinking. His speech was followed by a presentation by Mustafa Ali who spoke at length on moral values and ethics.
The invited students were able to discover the school and visit all the laboratories, Atal Tinkering Lab and Smart Class. Later, a musical chair event was also held. Rigzin Yangdon, Senior Lecturer, HSS Shargole presented a vote of thanks.
