International School Dhaka (ISD) student Tanzif Chowdhury achieves the perfect IB score of 45 out of 45 in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) 2022. Tanzif is to receive quick decision acceptance from the Brown University, an Ivy League university in the United States of America. This step was taken in the context of the school’s comprehensive IB curriculum and a differentiated approach to learning.
Part of the IB curriculum, the IB Diploma Program (DP) is an assessed, challenging and academically balanced program of education that prepares students for success in higher education. Designed as a comprehensive two-year program, the IBDP focuses on the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical well-being of students. This academic year, in the IB Diploma Program (IBDP), ISD student Tanzif Alam Chowdhury stands out with a perfect score of 45 out of 45.

Over the years, ISD has achieved significant records in improvisation and implementation of the IB curriculum. This has led the school’s pass rate at the IBDP to reach 92%, with 48% of applicants receiving a bilingual degree. In addition, 8% of ISD diploma candidates obtain a mark above 40 on average.
